I'd like to know how you're "treating" your BPD, I heard that CBT and DBT might help regulate it, but I don't know wherr to start since I can't find a therapist where i live. Would really be thankful to learn how you are regulating your BPD 💌🫂
That means so much to me! I’m glad I can provide that for you🥺🥺❤️. So in the past I have done DBT and it was so helpful and beneficial for my growth. I still use DBT and parts of CBT with my current therapist. I’m currently on an SSRI (antidepressant) and a mood stabilizer to help with the fluctuating mood swings. Things that help me is having an outlet, whether that be a hobby or having someone be there for me. I try to rely on people more now because I used to isolate and cut people off. It’s a balancing act of using skills and also having people be there for you.
